Frequently Asked Questions – GREEN OASIS - SHOP
1. Where do your plants come from?
Our plants come directly from the best nurseries in the Netherlands, renowned for their horticultural expertise. This country is a true benchmark for quality, freshness, and plant diversity. A guarantee of reliability… and beautiful foliage.
2. How are the plants delivered?
Each plant is carefully prepared by hand in its original environment. It is then packed in a specially designed cardboard box for plants: ventilated, stable, and shock-resistant. Transport is handled by a service specializing in shipping live plants. The result: a comfortable journey, free from unnecessary stress.
3. How long does delivery take?
On average, delivery takes between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the destination and variety. Rarer or more delicate plants may require additional time to ensure they are shipped in optimal condition. You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped.
