1. Where do your plants come from?
Our plants come directly from the best nurseries in the Netherlands, known for their horticultural expertise. This country is a true benchmark in terms of quality, freshness, and plant diversity. A guarantee of reliability… and beautiful leaves.
2. How are the plants delivered?
Each plant is carefully prepared by hand in its native environment. It is packed in a carton designed specifically for plants: well-ventilated, stable, and shockproof. The transport is carried out by a service specialized in shipping live plants. The result: a comfortable journey, without unnecessary stress.
3. How long does delivery take?
On average, delivery takes between 3 and 7 working days, depending on the destination and variety. Rarer or more delicate plants may require additional time to ensure they are shipped in the best conditions. You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped.
4. Where is my order?
You can track your package using the tracking link sent by email. If you can’t find it, feel free to contact us!
5. Can I choose a delivery date?
Currently, the delivery date cannot be customized unfortunately. But we put great care into ensuring a very fast delivery!
6. How can I be sure my plant will survive the transport?
The plants are selected for their robustness and ability to travel. The packaging is designed to minimize stress during transport. Once it arrives, a good dose of natural light, a little water… and it should quickly regain its vitality.
7. What should I do if my plant arrives damaged?
No worries! Just send us a photo within 24 hours of receiving the plant. We will offer you an appropriate solution: a refund, an exchange, or a voucher. All with responsiveness and kindness.
8. Do you offer care tips?
Yes, each product page contains simple and helpful care tips for your plant. And soon, a blog will complement this information with tips for everyone, including beginners.
9. Do you deliver everywhere?
We currently deliver to France, Belgium, and Germany. For other countries, please contact us before ordering.
10. Can I gift a plant to someone?
Yes, it's a great gift idea! Just provide the recipient’s address when ordering, and you can add a personalized message. A plant is a lasting gift.
11. Are the plants guaranteed?
We guarantee healthy plants at shipment. Since each plant is a unique living being, its longevity depends on the environment and care it receives. But with a little attention, it will accompany you for a long time.
Goods shipped within the European Union can be canceled or returned within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
Your beautiful plant wouldn’t survive a round-trip journey, and that would be a shame! It just needs love… and a little water.
12. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order preparation has not started. We recommend contacting us within 12 hours after your purchase. Beyond that, logistics is often already underway.
